The results of this assessment will tell you where your organization "lands" on ICTC's Equity Diversity and Inclusion Spectrum, and it can be taken more than once to measure progress.
Workforce demographic numbers are required, so let's make sure you have everything you need before starting.
In your Canadian operations, the total number of female, male, non-binary or other employees in:
- Canadian operations
- Technical roles in ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and/or STEM (Science, Technical, Engineering, Math – may include skilled trades)
- First-level Management (Supervisor, Team Lead) positions
- Middle Management (Director, Manager) positions
- Senior Management (VP, Executive, C-suite) positions
- Organization’s Board of Directors (BoD)
Once you have gathered this information – go ahead and start the Assessment!
